CWB has enhanced its Dubai office and trade mark practice with the arrival of well-experienced Trade Mark Associates Elias Nassif and Vivianna Paraskevi Paschou.
Elias Nassif is a qualified Australian lawyer with five years of post-qualification experience across the MENA and APAC regions. Elias has handled IP portfolios for some of the world’s most prominent brands and is experienced in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with a particular focus on the development, protection, and commercialization of IP.
Prior to joining CWB, Elias worked as an Associate at an international law firm’s IP Tech Practice in Sydney, Australia and as an IP & Competition Associate at a leading regional law firm in Dubai.
Vivianna Paraskevi Paschou is a qualified lawyer with practical experience in IP law having worked for both private firms and the Boards of Appeal of EUIPO. She comes with five years of experience in trade mark matters in the EU, UK and Greece.
Prior to joining CWB, Vivianna was an IP Associate at a leading business law firm in Athens, Greece.
