According to the new Jordanian Administrative Courts Law No. 27 of 2014 issued on 22 July 2014, all administrative decisions, including those issued by the Trade Mark Office, will now be appealed before the Administrative Court within 60 days from the date of decision. All decisions issued by the Administrative Court can now be appealed to the High Administrative Court within 30 days. Article 39 of the law stipulates that all administrative cases that are currently handled by the High Court of Justice will be transferred to the Administrative Court as of 17 October 2014. This law replaces the High Courts of Justice Law No. 12 of 1992 and will come into effect on 16 October 2014. (Jordan Administrative Courts Law No. 27 of 2014, 22 July 2014)
