Ahmad is a trade mark paralegal who facilitates the management of our clients’ trade marks portfolios and ensures that all formalities involved in maintaining a trade mark application or registration are met.

Prior to joining CWB in 2022, Ahmad had gained knowledge in the field of IP working at SABA IP where he handled trade mark registrations for Saudi Arabia. After Joining CWB Ahmad developed an extensive knowledge of the Middle East and North Africa region’s trademarks laws and procedures. He regularly prepares and submits the necessary documents to file and prosecute trade mark applications across the MENA region and the complex procedural deadlines associated with them. Ahmad submits the necessary documents to file renewals, assignments and Recordals, along with conducting various types of searches and investigations related to trade mark matters.
