Nilay is experienced in leading the accounting and financial functions of corporates operating in multiple jurisdictions. She has a strong background in financial management with extensive experience in budgeting, reporting and analysis.

Prior to joining CWB, Nilay worked with private equity firm, Gulf Capital on a variety of different portfolio companies with operations spanning the Middle East to India. In this role, Nilay improved finance functions as well as aiding boards of management in streamlining other administrative functions and operations.

Nilay specialises in investment management and has dealt with various clients in the international sphere of business through acquisitions and exits as well as modelling Green Field projects.
