Robine is an HR professional with over 8 years of experience in leading recruitment efforts, with focus on the Middle East and North Africa. In addition to designing and implementing recruitment strategies, her areas of expertise include performance management, career planning, rewards and culture-building.

Robine currently manages HR operations and leads HR initiatives, but also oversees administrative activities across CWB’s regional offices to ensure the delivery of business informed solutions. Since 2017, Robine has worked closely with business leaders and line managers at CWB to drive value and deliver business results.
