The Abu Dhabi Technology Committee has partnered with The International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) to support the continued development of the Takamul program for the bi-annual IDEX 2015 event. Takamul is a national UAE innovation program that has been developed to assist inventors turn ideas into products, solutions and services in industries such as health and medicine, ICT, clean-tech, semi-conductor, oil and gas energy, advance materials and infrastructure and lifestyle. The partnership will allow Takamul to provide experience and support to the Emirates Innovation Campaign at IDEX 2015 which will showcase several new inventions from enterprises, universities and Emerati individuals. The aim of the partnership and showcase at IDEX 2015 is to support and evolve innovation, raise awareness specific to intellectual property, and provide business with the correct advice and opportunity to patent their innovations.
