The Yemeni Ministry of Industry & Trade issued Ministerial Decree No. 105/2014 increasing the official fees for publication in the official gazette. The increase ranges between 33%-66% depending on the matter type (whether it is a new application, renewal, assignment, amendment, etc.) and the required space for publication. This decree came into effect and will apply to all applications filed on or after 7 August 2014. A grace period of 3 months has been granted to finalize all applications pending publication, otherwise, they will be subject to the new increased fees.
