Our Patents & Designs team uses its wealth of experience and streamlined processes to protect trade marks throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
For patents, we work with inventors to draft and file patent applications with the International Bureau (WIPO), GCC Patents Office in Saudi Arabia, and/or with the local patents offices throughout the region. We also enter PCT applications into the national phase wherever applicable in the region.

We have our own in-house team of translators, who attend to the translation of patents applications into Arabic, French and/or Farsi for use throughout the region.

We also offer a cost-effective patents annuity services (and design renewal services) throughout the region.

For industrial designs (or design patents), we handle all aspects of the life cycle of the industrial design application process – from filing, to prosecution, and enforcement. We devise tailor-made regional filing and prosecution strategies to achieve protection for your industrial designs throughout the Middle East and North Africa region.
